RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

On all orders placed after May 9, 2024, for authorized returns, a postage fee of $15 CAD will be deducted from your refund. 

All returns must be authorized before sending merchandise back. Return requests will be accepted for items within 14 calendar days of delivery or pick up with the exception of final sale items, sale items, orders purchased with a promotion/code, and special collaboration items.

All sale items are final sale.

Due to hygiene reasons, merchandise such as underwear and earrings are non-refundable.

Return Conditions (all return requests are subject to approval):
We require photos of the products to be returned to complete the process.
1. Merchandise must be accompanied by the tags.
2. Merchandise must be in its original condition.
3. Merchandise must not be damaged, tainted, or in any other condition.
Please note that if the product’s condition is not suitable for resale, eightywingold has the right to reject and send back the merchandise.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Steps in making a return:
1. Shoot us an e-mail at info@eightywingold.com – please provide your order no., the product you wish to return and your reason. We’d love to receive your feedback as this will help us improve!
2. We will get back to you with instructions for the return. This would mainly be requesting for photos of the product to ensure that they are in its original condition.
3. Once approved, we will send you a return label. For returns, a fee of $15CAD will be deducted from your refund. 
4. Once we’ve received the product, we will process your return within 5-7 business days.


Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at our warehouse. We will send an email confirming your return and refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.

The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Any returns received without eightywingold’s approval, that do not comply with the above, or that for any other reason eightywingold deems unacceptable, may be denied at the discretion of eightywingold.

Exchanges
For exchanges, kindly request an exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery or pick-up. Please place a new order on our website at your earliest convenience.

Returns from Canada and the United States

Complete return instructions will be provided upon request of a return authorization number. Limit to one exchange per order. All other return policy criteria apply.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALES ITEMS. ALL SALES ON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. IF SALES ITEMS ARE RETURNED, THE PACKAGE(S) WILL BE REFUSED, WHICH EIGHTYWINGOLD WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR. UPON ORDER CONFIRMATION, PURCHASE ORDERS CAN NOT BE MODIFIED.
